Returns
Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all Altesse Soin products are classified as non-returnable due to their nature as personal care items.
Once opened, these products cannot be resold, and we are unable to verify their condition. Therefore, opened items cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item

Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at CX@tribucare.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or reach out to us via WhatsApp. -
Receive Instructions:
Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions. -
Product Collection:
One of our delivery representatives will contact you to arrange collection of the item you wish to return. -
Return Fees:
Returns will incur a fee equivalent to the original delivery cost, in addition to a return processing fee ranging from 300 to 600 EGP per return.
(We can convert this to OMR if needed.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
